We appreciate your understanding in advance of this situation and respectfully request that urgent orders are sent early enough for us to process before the 11th April deadline, all non urgent orders received will still be processed and dispatched from the 28th onwards.

We are pleased to announce that CipherLab have extended the warranty periods for its scanner product line retroactive to those manufactured after September 1st, 2006. Effective immediately, the warranty for tethered scanners (1000, 1090+, 1100, 1105) is extended to 5 years, and for Bluetooth scanners 1166/1266 is extended to 3 years. 

It is unfortunate that some resellers of the Cipher Lab bar code products have acquired their stock by importation from unauthorised sources. The consequence of this has been that warranties promised by these resellers are not being honoured by these resellers. Dataman Barcode Systems are an authorised distributor and all warranties on Cipher Labs products sold by Dataman will be recognised and honoured by Cipher Lab.
